A Communal Table with One Continuous Material Story
Refined Industrial designed and fabricated this long-format walnut table for the ThyssenKrupp office near The Battery in Marietta. Natural live edges frame a dark river channel through the top, while the walnut turns down at each end in a waterfall construction that carries the grain and character toward the floor.

Live Edge Character, Engineered for Daily Use
The waterfall ends make the top and supports read as one architectural gesture. A fabricated steel structure carries the span and keeps the long seating runs open, while the dark river detail emphasizes the natural edge of the walnut.
This project connects the warmth of a custom communal table with the one-of-a-kind character available through our live-edge hardwood selection.
The close-up reveals how the river channel continues through the waterfall end, preserving the visual relationship between the walnut slabs and the dark inlay.
